Academic & Regional Non-profit $500

(Offered to regional academic programs, professional organizations, government and non-profit organizations and agencies)

Academic Event Sponsor $3000

(Offered to institutes of higher education and covers registration fees, lunches on both days and access to all event programming* for up to 300 attendees)

* Seminars, panels and workshops availability may be subject to pre-registration and seating capacity limitations.

Important Information:

Set-up and breakdown must occur pre- and post-event each day. Guidelines for shipping materials and set-up will be emailed to approved exhibitors by October 1, 2011.

Access to electricity can only be guaranteed for Deluxe exhibitors.

Expo events will be held in room with seating between 30-70 people. Rooms will be assigned based on pre-registration information and expected interest. All rooms will be equipped with LCD projector and microphone. All other A/V equipment must be requested.
